The studio offers facial treatments only, and its menu runs from the one-hour GLOW, which is designed for all skin types and first-time clients, up to the two-hour Ultimate GLOW. Facials range from peel-based and oxygen treatments to exosome and facial sculpting services, and the studio describes its treatments as clinically advanced and holistic.

Each visit begins with a look at the skin. New clients get a skin assessment, a review of the home products they already use and a customized plan, and every client receives education on skin health along with simple home care tips. Home routines are reviewed at visits and typically include a gentle cleanser, targeted treatment products, a moisturizer and daily sunscreen with broad-spectrum protection.

Some skincare lines are sold only in the studio, and a curated selection is also available online. Clients receive 10% off products bought on the day of their facial. Payment is accepted in cash and by major credit cards, and prices may change without notice.

Appointments can be booked in person or online. A non-refundable deposit holds the time and is applied to the treatment cost, and the remaining balance is paid after the service. Changes must be made online with at least 48 hours' notice; late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Clients must be 18 or older, should arrive with clean skin and ideally without makeup, and should avoid aggressive exfoliation or waxing for a week beforehand and laser or injectable treatments two to three weeks before. Phones are not used during treatments, and children and pets are not allowed in the studio.

Treatments combine clinically advanced and holistic methods, with each client's skin evaluated first so the treatment is customized to their needs.
