Every visit begins with a personalized consultation with a Certified Nurse Practitioner or an Aesthetic Registered Nurse. Facials are customized to each client's skin and typically combine cleansing, exfoliation, hydration and serums selected for that skin. For most skin types, the business suggests a facial about once a month. Add-ons such as the 24K gold or CBD hydrojelly masks, the red light infrared mask, dermaplaning or the ZO Red Carpet Stimulator Peel do not lengthen the facial itself, except dermaplaning, whose timing depends on the esthetician's schedule.

The menu is broad. Injectables include Botox, Xeomin and Dysport neurotoxins, with a 15-unit minimum, and dermal fillers for areas such as lips, chin, jawline, cheeks, temples, earlobes and under the eyes. Biostimulators include Sculptra and Radiesse, and the business also offers Skinvive, Kybella and PRP. Skin care includes chemical peels, facials, microneedling with SkinPen, Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling, IPL photofacials, laser rejuvenation, and CO2 laser resurfacing, which is offered only at the Duxbury location. Other services include sclerotherapy, IV hydration, vitamin injections, peptide therapy, weight management, lash and brow services, waxing and spray tan.

Some treatments have preparation rules. Patients use a retinol for at least four to six weeks before a chemical peel, and dental work and vaccines are avoided for two weeks before and after filler. New patient filler consultations and facial balancing consultations are free, and the new patient filler visit is consultation only. Facial memberships come in Gold, Diamond and Black tiers, and gift cards can be bought online.

The business aims to help clients feel confident through safe, individualized aesthetic care. Skincare plans are built on ZO Skin Health products, which the business describes as science-backed.
