The studio is open Monday from 11 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Same-day appointments are offered, and a waitlist is kept for early-morning or late-night waxing times. Guests are asked to complete check-in forms before their appointment. Anyone on certain medications, or who has had a recent procedure such as Botox, a chemical peel or laser resurfacing, fills out additional forms, and some of these cases involve a waiting period before waxing.

The studio says it puts guest comfort first from the moment a guest arrives. Guests who prefer no conversation during their service can request a silent reservation at no charge. For hygiene, new gloves, sticks and bed paper are used for every guest, and the room is fully disinfected between guests.

Bikini waxing begins with an antioxidant cleansing gel and a protective oil, then talc-free baby powder to absorb oil, and finishes with a moisturizing bikini balm. All wax used is vegan, fragrance-free and hypoallergenic, and suitable for all skin and hair types. Bikini services are performed only on guests who have a vagina. Eyebrow lamination is not offered to pregnant or breastfeeding guests, and clients booking it should avoid AHA or BHA products for 7 days beforehand.

Booking requires a 25% deposit, which is non-refundable. Changes or cancellations need 12 hours notice by text, email or the booking page; a late cancellation forfeits the deposit. Payment is due in full when services are complete, and cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Zelle are accepted. First-time Brazilian wax clients receive a custom sticker and an invitation to the First Brazilian Wax Club, and new guests receive $10 off their first wax. Most guests return every 4 to 5 weeks for maintenance.
