Each facial begins with a detailed skin analysis, and the studio does not use one-size-fits-all treatments. Facials combine treatment steps with massage-based techniques, so the experience is built around the individual client's skin rather than a fixed template.

The menu covers several kinds of facial. Hydrating, brightening, clarifying and oxygenating facials use Circadia products, while Korean-technique treatments include a micro-spicule renewal facial, a customizable resurfacing treatment also called Green Sea Peel, and an acne clearing treatment. Lifting facials use gua sha, ice globes and the Pure Lift Pro Plus. Add-ons can be combined with any facial, including dermaplaning, a heated hand mask with warm gloves, YUMI Feet callus removal, and Pure Lift facial toning. A 30-minute dermaplaning treatment and an enzyme-based facial with a shoulder, arm and hand massage are also offered.

Monthly memberships cost $79 with a three-month minimum. Members receive one signature facial each month, a discount on additional services and Circadia products, a monthly product sample, priority scheduling at busy times, and the option to pause once a year. Free 30-minute virtual consultations by FaceTime or Zoom are available with a purchase of $100 in home care products. The studio also offers Procell Microchanneling, which members can book at a discount.

The studio sells the full Circadia line in person and online. Bookings are made through the online booking system or by text, and major credit and debit cards and digital payments are accepted, with cards saved on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available through Glossgenius for bookings from $50 to $4,000. Once a month, the studio offers oncology-safe facials at no cost through its Fearless Faces program for people undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment.

Facials are customized to each client's skin after a detailed analysis, with a focus on visible results alongside long-term skin health.
