Much of the work centers on mature women, especially those over 40, with the aim of helping clients look and feel their best at their current age. New clients begin with a 30-minute consultation for those unsure which set suits them, and a personalized recommendation and booking invitation follow.

Extensions are applied one lash at a time. The Everyday Set uses one extension per natural lash, the Posh Volume Set fans up to three by hand on each lash, and the Luxe Volume Set places up to six micro-thin extensions on one lash, similar to strip lashes. Every application is cured with UV/LED technology, so lashes are waterproof right after the appointment. The studio uses faux mink or silk lashes rather than real mink, along with a medical-grade adhesive, and says extensions are kept from touching the skin. According to the business, it has completed 8,264 lash appointments and worked with more than 253 clients globally.

Booking is through an online calendar, open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm. A valid credit card must be on file for every appointment, and clients can join a waitlist for an unavailable time. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; later changes and no-shows are charged the full price of the booked time. Clients receive an email confirmation and a text and email reminder 24 hours ahead, and are asked to arrive on time with lashes free of oil and makeup. No guests, children or pets are allowed in the treatment room.

Each set is planned around the client's eye shape, facial structure and daily lifestyle, and the process starts with a consultation. According to the salon, women of every age are entitled to feel confident in how they present themselves.
