The menu is organized around three areas. For brows, there is a henna-based stain that colors the skin and brow hairs, a semi-permanent lamination that smooths and sets brow hairs, and a full service that combines lamination, waxing and tinting in one visit. For lashes, the studio offers a semi-permanent lash lift that curls natural lashes, along with classic extensions placed one to one, hybrid sets mixing classic and volume lashes or volume only, and mega volume sets built from multiple fans. Fill appointments are available between sets, with the type of fill depending on how much of the previous set remains.

Before any service, clients sign a waiver by scanning a QR code, which opens an external form. Lash extension clients are asked to keep lashes dry for the first day, avoid oil around the eyes and skip mascara, and book fills every two to three weeks. Lash lift and brow lamination clients are asked to keep away from water, steam and sweat for the first day or two, and to avoid waterproof mascara and heavy brow gels afterward. Waxing clients are asked to wait 48 hours before exfoliating and to avoid swimming, sweating, exercise, saunas and hot baths for a day.

Payment and booking policies are simple: all items are non-refundable, and online orders placed after 3pm ship the next business day.
