Extension styles include natural single-to-single classic sets, premium classic sets with a darker and fuller lash line, hybrid sets that combine classics with volume fans, full volume sets, wispy sets with mixed lash lengths, and UV-adhesive sets. Listed appointment times run from about 75 minutes for classic and hybrid sets to 90 minutes or more for volume, wispy and UV sets. The studio states that longer lash lengths carry no extra charge. It says it uses mink lashes and a glue it describes as made for sensitive eyes, and reports that about 95% of its clients have no allergies to that glue, including some who had them before. It also states that its technique does not harm natural lashes and that its lash artists are fully licensed.

Refills at the studio are priced by the time since the last visit and the number of extensions left, and clients with roughly 40 to 50 percent of their Peri Lash extensions remaining qualify. Refills of another salon's set are accepted when more than 40% of lashes remain, at a higher price than a standard refill, and the studio does not guarantee how long they last. If a client is unhappy with another salon's set, the studio says it will remove the extensions at no charge and start over with a new set.

Semi-permanent makeup options include microblading brows, ombre powder brows, nano brows, airy powder brows, combination brows, soft eyeliner, wing eyeliner and lip blush. The studio describes microblading as lasting about 2 years and powder brows as lasting over 3 years, and recommends a touch-up after about 5 weeks for brows, priced at $150 and not included in the starting price. A free in-person consultation comes before any semi-permanent makeup service. The studio also offers a Soft Touch technique to lighten or correct older tattooed or semi-permanent brows, with a consultation first, and says that procedure takes about 2 hours.

For a visit, first-time clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for a consultation, and to come without mascara on their lashes. Children under 12 cannot attend appointments, and each client may bring one guest because the waiting room is small. Booking carries no fee; a card is kept on file for verification and payment is taken after the service. Accepted payments include major credit and debit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and the buy-now-pay-later options Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna.

The studio focuses on lash extensions and semi-permanent brows, and says its method is gentle on natural lashes and uses a glue suited to sensitive eyes.
