Massage is the core of the menu. Custom sessions let clients choose the pressure and the areas they want focused on, and the business says it tailors each massage to the client's specific needs. Sports massage is designed around a sport or event before or after it happens, and massage and stretch sessions begin with stretching followed by massage. Prenatal massage is also offered, along with a student massage for clients 18 and under, which requires written consent from a parent or guardian for minors.

Cryotherapy ranges from a first-time introduction to orthopedic sessions with small, medium and large area options and a full recovery session of two to three areas. An aesthetic cryotherapy session is available, and the Defy Cryo + Lymph Method pairs cryotherapy with lymphatic drainage. Cryofacials are a non-invasive cryotherapy facial, and the Luxe Cryo Facial adds cleansing, exfoliation, a mask, facial massage and lymphatic drainage. Cryo sculpting is sold in 3, 6, 9, 12 and 24 pack packages. The business states that its 12-session protocol is the package it most recommends for visible results.

Scalp and head treatments use a warm hair growth oil massaged into the scalp, and the longer Luxe head, face and scalp treatments are four-step sessions finished with a hot oil. Booking policies are worth reading before an appointment. No-call, no-shows are charged a 100% booking fee, and cancellations made three hours or less before the appointment are also charged the full booking fee. Cancellations made 24 hours or less ahead are charged 30% of the booked service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and customers must be approved before the appointment. Packages are booked on the services page, and credits apply automatically at checkout. On-site massage for events is priced and scheduled by contacting the business, not online.
