The menu is grouped into balayage and foilyage, haircuts, hair treatments and styling, specialty color, traditional color, and waxing. Balayage is hand-painted, creating soft lightened ribbons that grade into lighter ends and taking about three to four hours. Foilyage is suggested instead for clients who want platinum or bright blonde, cooler or icy tones, or who dislike warm tones. Mini custom foilyage starts at $360 and takes about four hours, and full custom foilyage starts at $540 and takes about six to eight hours.

Traditional color covers all-over color, which is a root retouch and refresh for mid-lengths and ends and is not suited to dramatic changes, as well as gloss, color melt, partial and full highlights or lowlights, and all-over color with foils. Partial root touch-ups cover regrowth from the crown forward and are not offered to new clients. Specialty color includes corrective color and fashion, vivid or pastel shades, both priced per hour and planned after a consultation, and all-over blonde for clients with no more than half an inch of new growth. The salon strongly encourages a consultation before any specialty color, and quotes are given only after one.

New clients need a consultation before chemical services are approved, and a $100 nonrefundable deposit is due at booking. Curly cut bookings for new clients carry a $50 nonrefundable deposit that goes toward the service. Every haircut includes a consultation, shampoo and style. Prices vary by stylist, so clients are asked to check with their stylist about pricing. Services are not refundable, and the salon accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover but not checks. Gift cards can be bought online for future services.

The salon focuses on beautiful, healthy, living color and on tailoring each service to the client's needs, with consultations used to plan larger changes.
