Brow work starts with mapping, where the arch and shape are planned around each client's own facial bone structure, followed by waxing or tweezing only where needed. Many brow services finish with styling, and the larger packages add lamination or tint. Brows that have been over-tweezed or look uneven can be addressed through a brow rehab service. On the skin side, guests can book a 45-minute Quick Reset Facial or a 1 hour 15 minute Signature Custom Facial. The Signature version includes one advanced treatment selected for the individual's skin, choosing from dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, or a chemical peel that involves no downtime. A standard chemical peel is limited to returning clients who are able to follow the pre- and post-treatment instructions.

Permanent makeup options include Nano Brows, Ombre Brows and Combination Brows, each including a first session and a touch-up 6 to 10 weeks later. A yearly color boost refreshes faded permanent brows. Monthly memberships bundle recurring brow or skin services with retail discounts and a birthday gift.

Before any changes are made, a brow and skin consultation looks at brow shape, symmetry, growth pattern and goals, along with skin type, concerns, products and routine. First-time clients and anyone who has been away for more than six months complete an intake form. Brow tint and lamination require a consent form at every visit, and wax services do too. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours ahead carry no penalty; later changes forfeit the retainer, and no-shows are charged the full booked amount. Payment is accepted by Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay and Zelle. Travel brow appointments require the travel fee to be paid before booking is confirmed.
