The studio names custom color, precision cuts, extensions and textured styles as its focus, and says it works with every hair type. Color runs from toner and gloss refreshes, which the studio suggests booking every four to six weeks, through root touch-ups, full-head single process color, partial and full custom color with placement, and hourly global blonding that requires a consultation first. Full custom color can include balayage, foils or vivid shades.
Visits start with a free consultation of about 20 minutes to talk through hair goals, history, budget, upkeep and pricing. Blowouts are not included with root touch-up or custom color and are booked separately. Bang trims are for current haircut clients. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service honored at the artist's discretion. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; a late cancellation fee or no-show fee may apply, and repeated issues can require prepayment.
Extensions are sew-in beaded weft, offered hand-tied or hybrid and color matched to the client's own hair. A new install requires a consultation before booking. The studio says it recycles all salon waste, including hair, which it says is repurposed into hair booms that soak up oil in the ocean, and that it uses packaging it describes as 100% recyclable. It is a certified Green Circle Salon and a member of the Dress Code Project Salon Alliance and the Strands for Trans Global Network. It also supports several local and national organizations, including Safe Harbor, Open Door Recovery Center, SAFE in Hunterdon and Good News Home for Women.
Hours are by appointment. The booking site lists Friday hours of 9 AM to 4 PM and Sunday as closed, and says hours may change. Unopened products in original packaging can be exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase, though products and services are not refunded. Requests for adjustments are accepted within a week of a service, and any extra charges are discussed and approved before extra work is done.
