Lash services include full-set extensions, which take about 3 hours 35 minutes at $96, and lash removal at $15. A removal and full-set appointment takes about 2 hours 35 minutes at $100. Extensions come in natural classic, light volume, wispy and cat-eye styles, in short, medium or long lengths. The salon recommends having extensions removed professionally with an adhesive remover rather than at home. Lash extension appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 1 hour notice.

The consultation is led by a licensed esthetician and includes a skin analysis, a routine review and product suggestions. The DeepSea Members membership is $120 a month and covers facials and lash fills; it can be shared with a family member or significant other and stays active until cancelled. Gift cards come in set amounts or any amount the buyer chooses, and they never expire.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that covers half the service price, with the balance paid in person after the visit. Clients are asked to remove makeup before arriving, and to come 10 minutes early for a first visit to complete consent forms or 5 minutes early afterward. Anyone feeling unwell, including with a runny nose, cough or eye infection, is asked to reschedule. Changes made up to 1 hour before an appointment are free, while later cancellations, late arrivals of 15 minutes or more, and no-call, no-shows carry a $50 fee. The Chemical Peel is not offered to first-time clients. Changes should be made by email, phone or text rather than through Facebook or Instagram messages. All sales and deposits are non-refundable.
