Booking requires a deposit, which goes toward the total. Deposits are $50 for services up to $249, $75 for services from $250 to $349, and 50% for services of $350 and up. Deposits are non-refundable, and at least 24 hours' notice is needed to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Same-day appointments do not show online and must be requested by calling or texting.
Visit guidelines matter here. Hair should be fully detangled before the appointment, or a $25 detangling fee applies. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late pay a $20 late fee and may be cancelled depending on the schedule. Additional guests and children are not permitted at appointments. Children must be at least 7 years old and able to sit through the full visit. The remaining balance is paid by cash or Zelle, and a Buy Now, Pay Later option is available for the balance if requested at booking. Add-ons such as Boho braids, extra length, or wash and blow dry are chosen on the next booking screen.
