Braiding makes up much of the menu. Feed-in and stitch braids are at the lower end of the price range, while knotless, goddess and boho styles are priced by size and length. Small knotless braids at regular length start at $330 and take about four hours, and two feed-in braids are listed at $80 and about 30 minutes.

Hair services include sew-ins with closures or frontals, wig installation, traditional and bob weaves, pressing, twists and ponytails. Sew-ins need to be dropped off at least 24 hours ahead. Wigs need to be dropped off two days ahead so the knots can be bleached and the hairline plucked.

Loc services cover retwists, color, extensions, dreads and detox. Soft butterfly locs are also offered, and clients are asked to contact the salon to choose hair for that style. Some braid styles come only in colors 1 and 1b, so other shades need to be brought in by the client.

A deposit is required for every appointment. The amount varies by service and is applied to the total at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to another appointment with at least 72 hours' notice. The business does not offer refunds; if a client is unhappy, they can come back so the issue can be looked at and corrected at no charge. Payment is taken by Cash App, Zelle or Apple Pay, with cash accepted only in exceptional cases.
