The menu is grouped into color, haircuts, hair extensions, styling, treatments and add-ons. Color ranges from root color and full color to partial and full highlights, ombre, bleach washes and bleach with toner. Corrective color is listed at $560, with prices varying by job.

Hair extensions are the studio's specialty. Fusion extensions attach small strands to natural hair with a keratin-based bond set with heat, placed one strand at a time, row by row from the base of the head; the studio says they can last three to five months depending on care. Tape-in extensions are set between two strips of adhesive around sections of natural hair and can last about four to six weeks with proper care, and they can be reused three to four times. Extension clients begin with a 30-minute consultation for a nonrefundable $75, where the extension policies are explained. Removal is recommended to be done by a specialist.

Payment and cancellation rules are set out clearly. Deposits and payments are due when booking and can be made by credit card, Apple Pay or Cash App, and the remaining balance is paid in cash at the appointment. All services are nonrefundable, and gift certificates are not offered. Clients receive text reminders when they book and again 14 and 7 days before. Non-extension services can be moved or cancelled without a fee with 72 hours notice, while later changes carry a $150 fee. Extension clients need at least two weeks notice to reschedule without losing the deposit.
