The salon sits on Mendon Road in Cumberland and describes its team as a close, family-like group that aims to create a good environment for both clients and staff.

Education is central to how the salon works. The team teaches clients how to recreate salon results at home, and its three workshops (Blow-dry Boot Camp, Hot Tools Workshop and a Skin Regimen Class) are kept small so the stylist can work with each person. No prior experience is needed, and tools are required for some sessions, which can be brought from home or bought at the workshop. One-on-one sessions are also available. Staff are encouraged to keep learning, taking classes and earning new certifications.

Services range from hair color, balayage, foils, blowouts, keratin and Brazilian blowout treatments and extensions to classic, hybrid and volume lash sets, Swedish, deep tissue and hot stone massage, manicures, pedicures and acrylic sets, and waxing. Facials include a customized essential facial in 30 or 60 minutes, plus the LuminFusion and Pro Power Peel advanced treatments. Prices are a la carte and vary by stylist and style, and the prices listed are starting points.

Booking details: a 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid an open time charge. Luxury services require a non-refundable 50% deposit, and a deposit is required for first-time color appointments. New color clients can book a free 15-minute consultation by phone, offered six days a week, and consultations are strongly encouraged. Appointments and walk-ins are both welcome, with early morning and late evening times available. Card payments carry a 2.5% convenience fee, gratuity is not accepted on cards, and returned checks incur a $25 fee.
