Prices are starting points. They vary by hair length and texture, product use and stylist experience level, which is set in four levels from LVL 1 to LVL 4. Hair service prices do not include color or hair product costs. A consultation is required before any color or tape-in service and for new guests, who must select the New Guest option and are charged a consultation fee and given extended service time.

Cancellations must be made by phone, not by email or text. Clients running late are asked to call, and missed appointments that fall outside the cancellation policy are charged the full amount for each scheduled service.
