Visits are one-on-one, and the studio describes itself as a safe space for that kind of attention. Beyond individual visits, the studio runs The De System, a membership plan that extends care beyond the chair. Bridal work follows a set path: a Bridal Application, then a first-date appointment to talk through the bride's vision and check whether the stylist and client suit each other, then a bridal consultation that includes a scalp and hair analysis. Bridal parties can be styled at the studio, where discounted packages are available, or on site at the wedding venue or another location the bride chooses; on-site pricing does not include wash and prep.
