Lash add-ons include bottom lashes, a waterproof Quick Minks and Clusters service that lasts two to three weeks, color bursts in pink, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple, and glitter bursts in gold, silver, pink, green, red, blue and purple. The color and glitter bursts can be paired with lash services.
The nail menu covers classic and gel manicures, basic and specialty pedicures, acrylic and hard gel sets and fills, and Gel X sets. The Diamond Deluxe Pedicure takes one hour and 15 minutes and includes a warm oil massage, hot stone therapy, a salt scrub mask in mint, tropical or lavender, hot towels, a steamer and lotions. The Signature Rose Pedicure uses rose petal essence.
Beyond appointments, the lounge runs one-on-one classes in lash, nail and facial threading, each including a kit. The lash class takes five hours, the nail class takes eight hours and the threading class takes three hours. Booking a class requires a 50% deposit.
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments and goes toward the service unless the client arrives 15 minutes late, is a no-call no-show, or cancels within 24 hours. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid fees, and lash clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes. The shop sells lash supplies, press-on nails, cuticle oil, keychains and gift cards, and can custom-order temporary press-on nails sized and styled to the client's choices. Purchases are final, with no returns, exchanges or refunds.
Lash styles run from classic to mega volume, so clients can choose the level of density they want.
