Skin care starts with an assessment, followed by a customized treatment and a follow-up plan built around the client. Facial options include three HydraFacial levels (Classic, Deluxe and Platinum), a Back HydraFacial, dermaplaning, and the Halo Signature facials In the Clear, Glow and Go, The Works, Teen, Gentleman and Organic Back. LED light therapy can be added to any service. Microneedling and HydraNeedling are offered with several add-ons, including PRF, PDRN, exosomes and growth factor serum, and a series of microneedling sessions is typically spaced 30 days apart. Chemical peels range from a Raw Beauty clear skin peel and a skin brightening peel to a PRX biostimulating treatment and a 33% TCA peel.

Injectable and laser services are provided by the spa's clinical team. Neurotoxin options include Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau and Express Toxin, and the filler range includes Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, Belotero, Skinvive, Sculptra and EZ Gel. The spa notes that filler pricing reflects provider skill and expertise as well as product cost. Some online bookings require a deposit that is applied to the treatment, and certain consultations carry their own deposit terms.

Wellness menus include massage rituals in 50- or 80-minute sessions (stress relief, CBD, hot stone), deep tissue, lymphatic drainage and sculpting massage with wooden tools, plus wellness shots, IV therapy, NAD+, peptide therapy and a medical weight loss program. Sugaring covers the face, body and bikini area, and brow and lash services include tinting, waxing, tweezing, lamination and lash lifts. Packages include a HALO Experience for Men and a HALO Deluxe Spa Day. The spa is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm, Wednesday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.
