Hair services are grouped into color, cuts, extensions and treatments. Color includes root touchups, glosses, all-over color, partial and full highlights, and larger color transformations, with appointment lengths from about an hour to three hours depending on the service. Cuts include haircuts and clipper cuts. Extensions are offered as a longer appointment, and new clients booking extensions are asked for a $150 deposit.
Men's grooming offers two set services. The Gentlemen's Reset combines a scalp cleanse and exfoliation, beard and sideburn detailing, a mini facial and precision waxing. The Signature Reset adds a customized deep conditioning step and uses precision facial waxing. Keratin treatments and scalp treatments are also listed for hair strength, frizz, dryness and flaking.
Booking policies are clear: changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 30% of the scheduled service total. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours run Monday 10 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 11 AM to 8 PM, Thursday and Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday 10 AM to 8 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays.
