Services are planned around each client's hair, features, texture and lifestyle. Color options include a base color that covers gray or applies one shade over all the hair, a gloss that adds shine and evens out tone, and foil highlights that lighten hair or add dimension to darker hair. Tape-in and weft extensions are customized to each client, and the keratin treatment is tailored to the individual's hair.

Complimentary garage parking is offered to clients, while street parking is metered and paid through ParkMobile. Regular hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10 to 4, Thursday and Friday 10 to 5, and Saturday 10 to 3, with extended hours available by prebooking.
