The menu covers blonding, blowouts, color, extensions, haircuts and styling. Blonding runs from a bronde with lowlights through partial, full and custom options. Blonding is usually refreshed every three to six months or more.

Move-ups are typically scheduled every six to eight weeks. Root touch-ups cover solid color only and do not include blonding or highlights.

The salon is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 3 PM and Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. It asks for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. A 20% fee applies to appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, and a 20% no-show fee must be paid before new appointments can be booked. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit.
