Before booking a blend, a major change or help choosing a package, guests should contact their stylist first. Invisible Bead Extensions come in straight, wavy and curly textures and begin with a consultation covering texture, color, density and styling habits. Extension pricing is individualized, and an estimate can be requested through a consultation form. Follow-up is recommended around seven weeks, with rows typically reinstalled every eight to ten weeks. Perms, straightening and children's haircuts are also available, and children are asked to stay seated for extended periods.

Appointments are required, as the salon is by appointment only. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a rescheduling fee, and prepayment may be requested after a second incident. A no-show carries a charge of half the scheduled service, due before another appointment can be booked. Clients more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Most prices are starting prices and may change to fit the look you want. Curly appointments need hair that arrives fully dry, detangled and in its natural texture within three days of wash day. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash App, PayPal and cash are accepted. Wi-Fi, refreshments including adult beverages and snacks, and phone chargers are available during appointments. Children and extra guests may attend only when a service is being received, and children may not be left unattended.
