The procedure menu includes facelifts with neck lifts, lower facelifts, brow lifts, forehead reduction, blepharoplasty, otoplasty, neck and face liposuction, buccal fat removal, cheek and chin augmentation, septoplasty, rhinophyma surgery, and several rhinoplasty types: revision, functional and ethnic. Minor work such as scar revision and skin cancer reconstruction is frequently performed in the office. Larger operations take place at facilities where the surgeons hold privileges: Select Physicians Surgery Center, AdventHealth Surgery Center, Wellswood Center for Advanced Surgical Specialists and St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa.

A consultation, requested online or by phone, includes a review of medical history, a facial evaluation and a personalized plan. The practice combines surgical and nonsurgical options in one plan, and often suggests pairing a facelift with injectables or laser treatment to support results. Cost estimates are set after the consultation. Most insurance plans classify cosmetic facial surgery as elective and do not cover it, so payment is made by cash, major credit cards or CareCredit financing. For surgeries under general anesthesia, patients fast on the day and arrange transportation to and from the office. According to the practice, most patients expect 7 to 14 days of healing, though recovery varies by procedure.
