The salon says it introduced several color and cutting techniques, including balayage, color blocking, color slicing and channel cutting, and it describes hair color and haircutting as its main areas of work.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday and is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Appointments are preferred, though walk-ins are also accepted. New clients are offered a full consultation, and returning clients often receive one as well. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice.

Haircuts are designed around hair texture, facial shape, the client's daily routine and how much styling the client is able to do at home. Color work aims for dimensional shades and uses a range of techniques, including foiling, slicing, color blocking, color washing, balayage, tri-level shading and glazing, with quality products.

Stylists continue their education, and the salon lists training from The Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, Sebastian International, Bruno's of Canada and Jingles in New York. Special occasion styling is available with a dedicated consultation, and corrective color work is booked after a consultation as well.

Haircut and color decisions start with the client's hair texture, face shape, lifestyle and styling habits. The salon aims for multi-dimensional color built from quality products and several techniques.
