The salon says its designers are grown from within, and that every designer is trained by the salon. Its team numbers sixty-seven designers across both locations. Hair services are the largest part of the menu, with cuts, blowouts, occasion styling, single-process color, highlights, balayage, gloss and glaze, treatments, keratin smoothing, straightening, extensions, toppers and wigs. A first color visit includes a complimentary consultation before any color is mixed.

The skin menu includes facials, microdermabrasion and chemical peels. The salon says skin treatments are matched to each client after an esthetician assessment rather than a fixed script. Spa packages combining massage, skin, hands and hair are booked by phone, and groups, bridal parties and spa days are arranged through a bridal and groups page or the front desk.

Newtown also houses the Cheryl Stuart makeup and brow studio, and DJW Face 365 is at Peddler's Village. Makeup services include bridal makeup, a bridal makeup trial and beauty makeovers, which are offered by consultation or phone booking. The salon recommends booking bridal trials early, typically four to eight weeks before the wedding and especially from May through October. Retail is available through Home + Home, a home store that is part of the business, and 25 South, a boutique on the mezzanine above the Newtown salon floor.
