Many patients travel from out of state, and for them the office can arrange hotels, a personal driver, dinner reservations or delivery, along with other requests.

Before arriving, patients can set their preferences for temperature, water, blankets, music and aromatherapy. During treatment there is a beverage station, weighted blankets, neck wraps and aromatherapy options in the operatory. A first visit for new patients includes a professional cleaning and a thorough exam with x-rays. A free consultation lets patients meet the dentist and review options, and post-treatment facials are offered after dental work.

Dental treatment does not start until the patient understands every option and the pros and cons of each. Care is sequenced so that issues are addressed as a whole, and comprehensive care covers the teeth together with the skin, muscles, face, head and neck. Treatments include TMJ/TMD care, in which Botox is used for jaw tension and headaches from teeth grinding, and dermal fillers and neurotoxins are used as part of the wider plan. Sedation dentistry is also offered.

The practice sees a lower number of patients and takes time to examine each one thoroughly, sequencing care so that the whole patient is addressed rather than single symptoms.
