About
Dr. David de Jongh earned a BA with a major in biology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1976, then received his Doctor of Dentistry from the University of Texas Dental Branch Houston in 1980. He opened his private practice that same year and has practiced for more than thirty years. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentists and uses the credentials DDS, FAGD.
He is known for cosmetic and anti-aging dentistry. His services include teeth whitening, Invisalign, porcelain veneers and crowns, metal-free dentistry, restorative care, dental implants, TMJ/TMD and sleep apnea treatment, bridges, root canals, oral surgery, All-on-4 and All-on-6 implants, dentures, full mouth reconstruction, general and periodontal care, sedation and emergency dentistry. He offers the Propel device for accelerated orthodontic treatment. From 2009 to 2014 he was a Preferred Provider for Invisalign.
He is a faculty member and Implant Director for the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. He belongs to the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association and the Houston Dental Society. He was named a 2010 Texas Monthly Top Dentist, received a 2013 People's Choice Award and was named a 2014 H-Magazine Top Dentist.
