The Londontown work centers on Lakur polish, which is infused with treatments and formulated with the Florium Complex botanical blend. The product is described as vegan, cruelty-free and 21+ free. Dazzle Dry is a vegan, non-toxic system that air-dries in about five minutes without a UV lamp. It is removed with regular polish remover, and the salon says it stays chip-resistant for seven or more days.
The spa menu covers manicures and pedicures. The Spa Manicure includes a deep dermal wrap, a hand massage lasting 10 minutes, and a whitening treatment. The Spoiled Diva Pedicure pairs a Divaroma pedicure with callus removal and a massage for the feet and lower legs. The All-Out-Diva Pedicure is a longer service that uses Dead Sea mud, crystalline exfoliation, a marine AHA treatment, paraffin, cucumber cream, polish, and a 10-minute massage. Several seasonal and flavored spa pedicures are also available.
The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute Diva Express session of cleansing, exfoliation and moisturizing massage to the Ultrasound Lifting Facial, which uses micro-massage and Galvanic Lift with vitamin C. Other options include a European Facial, deep pore cleansing, an Anti-aging Collagen Facial for sensitive, dehydrated or premature skin, microdermabrasion (a series of six is recommended), a Men's Facial and eye treatments. Eyelash extensions, fills at two or three weeks, lifts and tints are offered as well, and massage sessions run from 10 to 90 minutes with a hot stone add-on.
Packages bundle services together, including a Facial Package, Massage Package, Beauty Facial and Massage Package, Diva Sweet / Dream Package and Bridal Party Package. Packages, massage, facial and eyelash services are booked by phone or email at least 12 hours ahead. Other services can be booked online. The space can also be reserved for bridal parties, birthdays and corporate groups, arranged by phone or email with the caller's name and desired date. A before-and-after gallery of recent nail and beauty work is available on the site.
