Viva Cryo was founded in 2019 by Tiffany Lee, who leads the studio, which operates from a suite on the third floor of a building on West 27th Street.

Every plan starts with a personal consultation covering goals, past treatments, schedule and any relevant health information. From there, clients can book a single focused session or a combination plan that brings several treatments together.

It includes cryo-based sessions, red-light therapy, ultrasonic cavitation, HIFU, a customized non-surgical BBL program and a bridal program planned around an event timeline. Lymphatic, muscle recovery and facial services are also offered, and post-operative lymphatic drainage is only booked once the treating clinician has cleared it.

Results are not guaranteed and vary by person and treatment. Non-invasive contouring is not presented as obesity treatment or a replacement for medical care. Studio hours are Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm and Friday 9 am to 4 pm, closed on weekends. Appointments are booked through Mindbody or by calling the studio, and pricing is discussed during booking and consultation rather than published as packages. The studio says client discretion is an important part of the experience.

Plans are built around a consultation, and clients can choose single sessions or combined treatment plans.
