On the hair side, services include women's, men's and kids' cuts, blow dries, updos, hot tools and fairy hair, plus single process color, foils, glazes, partial and full highlights, root breaks and color fixes. Color fixes begin with a consultation. Color and lighteners are from Goldwell, Oligo and Redken. Tape-in and weft extensions use ethically sourced 100% human hair, and extension pricing is given after a consultation. Treatments include Lasio keratin, a well water treatment, deep conditioning with scalp massage, and a Goldwell conditioning serum. Hair botox is listed as a treatment without a price.

Skin services center on the Hydrafacial, a session of about 30 minutes that cleanses, extracts and hydrates the skin. Boosters are selected for concerns such as acne, fine lines and dull skin, and a version is offered for teens and acne-prone skin. Hydrabody is a Hydrafacial for the body, and a scalp Hydrafacial uses peptides with multiple sessions recommended. A free consultation can be booked by phone at (203) 966-3337. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 9:30am to 5pm. Online booking and phone booking are both accepted. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, otherwise 50% of the service cost is charged. Phone quotes are a starting point rather than an exact price. Bridal appointments before 10am carry a $60 per hour early fee, and bookings on a major holiday weekend carry a $100 holiday fee. Hair extension sales are final once the hair is sewn in or cut.
