Appointments are required and can be booked online or by text. New guests booking color are asked to complete a consultation form or call or text with a reservationist first. Services are priced à la carte, and prices for hair services and treatments can change with the condition, length and thickness of the hair. The salon suggests refreshing color or highlights every six to eight weeks, and longer or denser hair may add to the cost.

A card must be kept on file to reserve future appointments, and a 4% convenience fee applies to electronic payments. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations are charged the full service cost, though emergencies may be waived case by case. Guests who arrive more than ten minutes late without notice may need to rebook. Corrections must be requested within seven days of the service, and no refunds are issued for services.

Services span cuts, color, styling, specialty treatments, extensions, conditioning treatments and men's grooming. Extensions are offered with pricing that varies, and a consultation and deposit are required.

Color work is planned around a consultation, with new color guests and custom or corrective color booked after speaking with the salon first.
