Services that run more than an extra hour are charged per 15 minutes: $15 with Level 1 and 2 stylists, or $20 with Level 3 and 4 stylists. Booking requires a credit card kept on file. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the total service, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full amount.
