Bridal work is the core of the business. Each bride receives a custom wedding-day look built around her face, skin, style and vision. Booking takes a signed contract and a 30% retainer, and all payments, including retainers, are non-refundable. The salon accepts a limited number of weddings. The lead artist books up to a year ahead, most brides reserve 6 to 12 months out, and contract changes are allowed up to 90 days before the event. Services cover the bride, her bridal party and, if needed, family, and a bride booking alone is welcome. Touch-ups during the day are available for an added fee. The salon does not currently serve men. Clients don't need to bring their own products unless they have a specific allergy or very sensitive skin. Travel is available for destination weddings and extended locations.
