On the ladies side, color work includes balayage, ombré, foilayage, babylights, highlights, lowlights, and gray coverage. Every color visit begins with a consultation, where pricing is also discussed. Women's cuts, kids' cuts for children aged 10 and under, and girls' blowouts for girls under 10 are offered alongside a blow dry bar, updos, braids, hot tool add-ons, and tinsel extensions. Hair extensions from Bellami, Hairdreams, and Babe are arranged through a personal consultation. A formaldehyde-free keratin treatment, Solshine Hair Solsmooth, is also offered, again after a consultation.

The gentlemen's studio is a barbershop offering master cuts finished with warm lather and a straight edge razor, hot towel shaves, beard trims, shape-ups, and fades. Students and kids can get a master cut at a discounted rate. Ear, nose, and eyebrow trims are included with every men's service, and men can visit alongside partners and children.

The makeup studio covers event looks, everyday and night-out looks, red carpet looks, and bridal parties, with lash application, airbrushing, contouring, production makeup, and film or print makeup. Makeup services may carry a travel fee, and the salon also offers event services and in-home service on an as-needed basis.

Hours are Monday noon to 6pm, Tuesday through Thursday 9am to 7pm, and Friday and Saturday 9am to 6pm. Sunday visits are by appointment, and additional hours can be requested. The salon says it focuses on hospitality, craftsmanship, and giving each client what they want. If a client is unhappy with their results, the salon asks them to say so right away so it can address the concern.
