The menu covers haircuts and styling for men and women, haircolor from toner and gloss through full highlights and balayage, color correction, several smoothing treatments and an in-salon deep conditioning treatment. Haircut and haircolor prices depend on hair length and thickness, the time required and the detail of the work, and all listed prices are starting prices that may change. A haircut includes a consultation, a relaxing shampoo and conditioner, and a blow dry and styling. Blowouts are not included with color services and need to be added at booking, though an express blowout to check the color is offered at no charge.

Smoothing treatments are a major focus. The salon offers Brazilian Blowout, Keratin, Nanoplasty, Cezanne and Hair Botox treatments, with men's versions of several of them. Each one has its own timing and expected duration, which the salon lists by service. Smoothing treatments require a deposit, and the stylist works with one client at a time on them.

New clients are asked to book through the online form, giving their name, phone, email and the service they want, and a credit card is kept on file when booking. Deposits are required for all new clients. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice by phone at (323) 823-7875 to avoid a charge; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service, same-day cancellations 100%, and no-shows or no-calls 100% and cannot be rebooked. Clients are generally allowed a 10 minute grace period, and arriving more than 30 minutes late means rescheduling, which carries a cancellation fee. Clients on a budget are asked to mention it during consultation.
