The salon focuses on healthy hair and healthy color, with services designed to support hair health. It serves women who want healthy, beautiful hair and welcomes new clients. The space is meant to feel peaceful and welcoming, somewhere clients can relax and feel looked after.

Before any color service that involves lightening, new clients book a consultation. Virtual consultations are done remotely and take about 15 minutes, and in-salon consultations also take about 15 minutes. Clients complete a client form when booking and pay a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. They are asked to arrive with hair detangled and free of heavy buildup, and extra guests are not allowed during appointments. Clients text on arrival and are invited in once the stylist is ready. Hours are Tuesday 9 AM to noon, Wednesday and Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM, and Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The salon is closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, after which services may need to be rescheduled or modified. A cancellation without rescheduling keeps the deposit, and a reschedule may apply it. A cancellation made less than 24 hours ahead keeps the deposit and adds a charge bringing the total to half the service price. A no-show keeps the deposit and adds a charge bringing the total to the full service price. Photos of hair may be taken with the client's permission.

The chemical smoothing menu runs from a partial targeted smoothing for specific areas of the hairline or crown to a virgin relaxer with a custom cut for clients moving from about half new growth to full natural hair. Silk presses come in four options, from a foundation press to a crown care press that includes scalp-focused care. One-on-one pixie and silk press classes run about three hours each and cost $350.
