Hair is the core of the business. Services include haircuts for children, men and women, highlighting, color and color correction, relaxers, permanent and body waves, touch-ups, scalp treatments, shampoo and set, shampoo and blow dry, and updos for weddings and special events. Color correction is aimed at lifting unwanted color from hair dyed at home or at another salon, and the salon notes that it sometimes takes more than one visit.

The keratin offerings are a central part of the menu. The Global Keratin Hair Taming System is done in the salon and uses Juvexin, a non-hydrolyzed protein formulation that the salon says is found only in its GK products. The salon says its longer protein chains closely mirror the structure of the hair's own protein, unlike hydrolyzed keratins, and describes the treatment's pricing as competitive in Washington, D.C. A keratin-based Brazilian system is also offered and is described as suited to curly, highlighted or colored hair.

Beyond hair, the salon offers facials including a European facial with deep extraction, exfoliation, facial massage and mask, plus mini-facials and a men's mini-facial with pore closing. Skin peels and seaweed-based lotions and creams are also available.
