Skin is stabilized first: the barrier is strengthened before peel intensity or microchanneling depth is increased, and clients are not moved quickly into aggressive protocols. Products are chosen around each client's skin needs, sensitivity and goals, with education and recommendations given alongside.

New clients typically begin with a first visit and skin guidance appointment. This includes a professional skin analysis, a barrier and routine assessment, education, and a customized facial. Because availability is limited, new-client requests are submitted through a contact form and reviewed before intake and scheduling. Appointments are booked online using the Book Now button on the website. Sessions are unhurried and cover consultation, treatment planning, progress tracking and ongoing support. A free 15-minute intro phone call is offered for discussing skin concerns. That call is not a skin assessment or treatment consultation, and it does not guarantee acceptance as a new client.

Acne correction is handled through structured corrective plans that may combine customized chemical peel cycles, LED light therapy, oxygen therapy, hydrodermabrasion when appropriate, PDRN and PN boosters, and barrier repair protocols. Peel sessions usually start every two to four weeks and are adjusted over time. Most peels cause little to no downtime, while deeper peels can lead to peeling for two to seven days. According to the studio, acne correction programs typically take three to six months to reach meaningful stabilization. Microchanneling is not advised for active cystic acne unless a structured acne correction plan is in place.

Korean lash lifts are customized to natural lashes, eye shape and the result wanted. Each takes about 45 to 60 minutes with no downtime, and the studio describes results as lasting six to eight weeks. Aftercare includes avoiding water for 24 hours, avoiding oil-based products, brushing lashes daily and avoiding rubbing. The studio also sells gift cards as eGift cards in amounts of $20, $50, $85, $100 or a custom amount, and its Stan store offers ebooks and esthetician consultation guides.
