Owner and stylist Jessica Benson offers a free one-on-one consultation to talk through hair goals and map out a plan. That consultation is required before a first color service with her, and it is also required for braids and for clients changing colors. Exclusive color services are offered on a limited basis to select existing clients by personal recommendation.

The menu spans standard, senior and military, and children's haircuts, a buzz cut, bang trims and edge-ups, plus a 90-minute precision cut for skin fades, complex shaping and corrective work. Several haircuts can be bundled with a shampoo, a beard trim or a blow dry. Color options include single process all-over color, root retouch, demi-permanent gray blending and a clear glaze for shine. Waxing covers brows, lip and chin, and the hair treatment menu includes a Paul Mitchell Tea Tree scalp service and a sulfate-free KeraTriplex treatment for damaged hair. The studio notes that KeraTriplex is not a keratin straightening service and describes its results as reducing breakage by up to 80%, improving shine by up to 30% and preventing color fading by up to 67%.

Clients are asked to arrive on time or a few minutes early. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, otherwise a fee of 50% of the scheduled services applies. No-shows are charged the full booked amount, and clients more than 15 minutes late must reschedule and pay a $25 late fee. Haircuts have a 7-day redo window for free corrections, while chemical color, waxing and treatments are final. Refunds are not offered. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
