Massage options include customized sessions from 30 to 120 minutes, hot stone, lymphatic, reflexology and pregnancy massage, with add-ons such as body brushing, cupping, aromatherapy and a foot scrub. Facials are tailored to each client's skin care needs, ranging from a 30-minute express facial to a 75-minute ultimate facial that includes a customized peel, mask and nutrient serum booster. A deep pore-cleansing facial is suggested for teens or clients with teen-like acne.

Chemical peels for the face and neck use a Jessner or MandeliClear formula, and both can be booked as a single session or as a series of three with a take-home kit. The studio says a series gives the best results and notes that clinical aestheticians advise on timing and the number of peels. An infrared sauna by Jacuzzi holds up to four people and is offered by single session, multi-session bundles or a one-month unlimited pass. Fascia Blasting is offered as a 30- or 60-minute treatment that includes sauna time, and the studio recommends at least 15 minutes in the sauna beforehand. The studio describes resulting bruising-like marks as a natural part of the process.

Four spa packages pair a customized massage with a facial, sauna session, reflexology or body polish at fixed prices. Clients can prepay for a 10% discount on services, with a minimum opening payment and a balance that does not expire. A rewards program converts points into dollars, online booking and account history are available at any time, and gift certificates can be bought online and printed right away.
