The studio was founded by Donna L. Colucci and focuses on facial care, with a stated aim of helping women of every age work toward healthy, rejuvenated skin. Its founder has worked for the past ten years as a skincare expert for the luxury brand La Mer, including on specialized facial techniques and protocols and with beauty influencers, editors and makeup artists.

Every visit begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation that reviews skin type, lifestyle, nutrition and product options before a treatment plan is set. New clients complete online paperwork before a first appointment or virtual consultation and sign consent forms in person. Before and after photos are taken at each skin care appointment and kept in the client's private profile, and a reminder is sent 48 hours ahead.

Signature services include the Bella Beauty Rejuvenation Experience, a two-hour customized treatment priced at $395 that can be built up with additional steps such as dermaplaning, microcurrent, nanofusion, LED, lymphatic drainage or a chemical peel. The studio calls it the premier customized treatment for rebuilding and revitalizing skin. Other options include the Bella Slow Beauty Sculpt, a deep tissue face lifting technique at $395, and Sculptural Face Lifting, a 120-minute service at $395 using a technique developed by Yakov Gershkovich.

Booking is by private appointment, through the BOOK WITH DONNA button, Instagram, phone or text, or email. Children and animals are not accommodated for safety and insurance reasons. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours of notice, and a no-show fee equal to the full service cost applies to missed appointments and to changes made within 24 hours. Late arrivals shorten the service, since treatments end on time for the next client.

Retail is available through the Bella Boutique. Products can be picked up at the studio by booking a SkinCare Shopping appointment or by arrangement, with curbside pickup offered in front of the studio. Unused products in original, sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days for a refund to the original payment method, minus shipping, or exchanged for other products or an e-gift card. Gift cards are not eligible for returns. Clinical skin consultations are booked separately and must come before peels.

Facial treatments are tailored to each client's skin type, skin condition and goals, with home care regimens planned alongside in-studio work.
