Every visit starts with a conversation about how the client wears their hair day to day and what they want to achieve. The studio describes itself as small, with time set aside for each client, and clients are welcome to bring inspiration photos. Parking and WiFi are free.

Color services range from toner and single process color to face frame, mini, partial, full and extra full foil highlights. Toner is included in every color service, and a customized gloss is added to highlight and color services to refine tone and add shine. Toner for grey blending covers greys up to 75% with a demi-permanent color. Haircuts are offered with Kara or Kristen, and blowouts and treatments are available on their own or alongside color.

The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed on weekends. Clients are asked to give 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes, and cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a full service charge. Late arrivals are seen within the remaining appointment time, and services may be shortened or rescheduled. Adjustment requests should be made within 7 days of the appointment.
