The lash menu covers classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume extensions, booked either as a full set or as a fill every one, two or three weeks. Hybrid wet lash sets are also offered, along with lash removal for clients who want to stop wearing extensions. For a lift rather than extensions, there is a standard lash lift, a lift with tint and a Korean lash lift.

Brow services include eyebrow tinting, waxing and shaping, brow lamination with or without tint, and two longer treatments: combo brows and powder brows, each booked for three hours.

The studio's portfolio shows a range of work, including wispy hybrid sets with brow lamination and tint, anime-style hybrid sets, colored hybrid wet lash sets, volume sets with color, and lash lifts with tint shown before and after. Appointments can be booked for Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead avoid a fee. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice are charged 50% of the appointment price, or the full service during a major holiday week. Fees range from $10 to $90 depending on the appointment length and service. Payments are not refunded. Questions can be sent through the contact form on the website.

Lash sets are shaped around each client, with the owner working closely with clients to choose a style that suits them.
