Sugaring is the method the salon is built around. The sugar paste is made from sugar, water and citric acid and is applied at about body temperature, which is cooler than wax. Because the paste is water-soluble, it comes off without waiting for it to harden. The salon says only one ball of paste is used for a whole service and that it can grip shorter hairs than wax. It also states that sugaring causes less breakage and pulls hair in the direction it grows, and that most clients find it hurts less than waxing. The business describes itself as the best at sugaring, which is its own claim.

The menu is broad. Brow services include shaping with wax or sugar, tinting, brow lamination (a semi-permanent, noninvasive service that temporarily adjusts the natural brow pattern), and lash tinting, where color lasts two to four weeks, along with lash lifts that do not use extensions.
