Lash extensions are the core of the studio. Services include classic, hybrid, wet set and volume sets, along with refills for returning clients. The studio uses a beam light system for its UV lash services, and newer light-system options are offered to new clients who have extensions done elsewhere. A UV patch test is also available before a first set.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers the Korean lash lift, which curls natural lashes without tint, and a version that adds a black tint afterward. Lash tinting and lash removal are also on the menu. For brows, clients can book brow lamination, brow lamination with tint, or brow tint on its own. Brow lamination includes a brow wax or pluck of the client's choice, and the tinted version lifts the hairs for a fuller look.

Waxing is limited to brows, chin and lip. Gift cards are available. Before-and-after photos of lash and brow work are shown on the site's portfolio page, and clients can send questions to Breana Belgard through a contact form. One reviewer says the consultation before the appointment was thorough and that the artist explained each step clearly.

Booking has a few set terms. Cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment, or not showing up, is charged at 50% of the booked service. New clients booking refills of extensions not done by the studio pay a $35 deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. If a card cannot be charged, rebooking is not possible until a new card is on file and any fee is paid.

The studio's stated aim is for each client to feel their best when they leave the chair.
