The Fire & Ice Facial, a resurfacing treatment using IS Clinical products, has been offered for decades. It became known as the Red Carpet facial after the many clients treated at the Four Seasons Hotel during awards season, and the site says celebrities know it by that name. The portfolio includes a Vanity Fair picture and article featuring the business.

Roughly half of the clientele is male, and there is a dedicated men's facial alongside the main facial menu. Lash and brow services include eyebrow shaping, eyebrow and lash tinting, lash lifts, and a combined lift and tint. Gift cards are available. Studio hours run Tuesday through Saturday, with the schedule varying by day, and the business is closed Sunday and Monday. Bookings can be paid in person through Buy Now, Pay Later for amounts from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
