Facials begin with a skin analysis and consultation, so the aesthetician can recommend the facial that suits each client. Personalized options are also available through a founder-led treatment that mixes several modalities.

The Venus Viva RF microneedling treatment is a NanoFractional method that uses tiny pins to remodel skin tissue without puncturing the skin. A numbing gel is applied to the face for about 30 minutes first. Sessions run about an hour, and the technician adjusts an electronic pulse, which the business likens to a small heat wand, for comfort. Redness similar to a moderate sunburn may last one to three days, followed by seven to ten days of natural exfoliation. Changes are described as showing in about two weeks and building over several months. Clients are asked to limit sun exposure for a week beforehand and to avoid retinols or exfoliation for 48 to 72 hours. A typical course is one treatment a month for four months, then two to four sessions a year for maintenance. A single session is $650 and a four-session package is $2,000.
