Clients are advised to avoid sun exposure, hot baths and caffeine before a session.

Appointments are held for 10 minutes, and walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. A credit card must be on file to hold appointments, though payment can be made on arrival. A no-show fee of 50 percent of the service applies, and after two no-shows clients must pay in full at booking. Sales and service charges are final, with no refunds or exchanges. Gift cards and e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred for cash. Clients must be at least 15 years old, and minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 need a care provider waiting in the lobby and are not allowed in lash treatment rooms.
